Since transitioning into virtual-first work, Instrument’s team expanded rapidly to talent all across the country. We wanted to showcase what that meant on a human level, and the ways in which our teammates weaved creative collaboration into their lives, wherever ‘here’ was for them.
Producing this project on an internal team and a tight timeline, we established a thorough brief, coordinated pre-production completely virtually, traveled to four cities for interviews and capture, and oversaw post-production - all to ensure this piece accurately reflects Instrument’s values and depicts a workplace culture that is flexible but collaboratively fulfilling.
