Nike | Global Brand Imaging

Role: Production Coordinator

In 2017, Nike began a historic push to bring the bulk of its photography and motion creative in-house. To do this, the team built a 50,000 square foot studio in Culver City, CA that considered photography in every detail of the space. I joined Nike full time to be a part of this new step, seizing the opportunity to build new processes in production and post-production in what we viewed as a massive blank canvas with unlimited possibilities in how we envisioned photo production. My time at Nike was focussed on developing systems for visual accuracy, quality control and production efficiency - all with the broader goal to always increasing aesthetic fidelity at scale. The result was ICON.LA, a boundary pushing photo studio that is now a staple and blueprint for high volume production in Los Angeles.
